The Head Chef is a young and talented Portuguese Chef and the restaurant will focus on fresh Mediterranean cuisine including Portuguese, Spanish, French, Greek and North African with a degustation menu of the chef's signature dishes that will be adapted according to the fresh produce available.
Whenever possible, we will make extensive use of Namibian fresh products like fresh fish from the coast, lobster, oysters, mussels and clams, green asparagus, game meat, Namibian truffles, Omajowa mushrooms.
Finally, the Restaurant will have a chef’s table for six guests, located on the service area, next to the kitchen, where our guests will be able to see their food being prepared and explained by the Chef. The Chefs table will require booking in advance.
Besides the normal restaurant service, we also plan to promote special events like workshops on Portuguese and Spanish food,as well as wine tastings, gin and rum tastings.
